Venus, the planet of love, desire, pleasure & magnetism is conjunct to the North Node. You probably currently see her as she is big & bright up at night.

This weekend, I decided to give a chance to the love series on Carolyn Bessette & JFK relationship & I was pleasantly surprised, I’ve watched the 3 first episodes on a row & I was captivated. This love story reminds me of this latin phrase ‘memento mori’ meaning remember you’ll die. & it is such a beautiful reminder so you can quiet the unnecessary noise & focus on the good, on love, creativity or anything that brings you closer to your unique soul signature.

Love definitions

For most people, the experience of love is the closest to “magic” that they will experience, strange coincidences, unexplainable feelings, and exploration of the other.

I can recall one time in english class, I was 16 and the teacher talked to us about love and how it was something energetically charged like an electrical signaling. Your heart generates an electro magnetic field, your nervous system runs on voltage. We are not only biology but signals moving through matter. So love is about being in a relationship based on how consciousness flows through you and what strengthens your signal.

I remember also an interview of filmmaker Celine Song talking about her experience as a matchmaker for about 6 months in New York that inspired her the movie “The Materialists”. She found quite troubling the way that that dating thing that so many of us have to do in pursuit of love, is wild because its seems so far away and so different than what we know about love. The game we’re playing in order to have love in our lives, it seemed that language around it is too much about the numbers, the height, weight, income, age. We were kind of reducing each other into a set of statistics or some kind of a way that we’re objectifying and commodifying each other.

Love is actually so much simpler. Love is a miracle. Love is right. Love is this ancient feeling, this ancient mystery that makes life worth living makes fools of all of us.

It’s an old, holy thing. When you’re heartbroken and scared to try it, it’s terrifying to let your heart speak for itself. But it doesn’t change the fact that love is going to make your life divine if you let it.

Love is so much bigger than all of us that it’s always silly to be cynical about it. It only made her firm in her belief that love is something that is beyond our comprehension. It more presented her with an opportunity to contemplate it.

Love is surrender. Love is like lightning if it strikes, is completely worth believing in. Love is one of the only truly spiritual things. It’s untouched by the material.

The thing about what makes it difficult is its simplicity.

Lessons on love

I’ve always had a wonderful imagination, since creativity is my most efficient pathway to wonder I took refuge there. I’ve always found love so fascinating, how it can shape someone’s life only if you must be willing to take risks.

There is no accident when you meet somebody & there’s nobody that you meet that you weren’t supposed to meet.

You have to give it a chance, to cultivate an open heart, to approach it a playful heart & curiosity.

If a relationship comes to an end and two people separate, according to the world, the ego it means the relationship failed. It can also means that the relationship end up beautifully and the teaching/learning/healing is done and it is time to move on.

At the end of the day your wounds informed your choices.

Try to not dwell too long on a breakup. You did your best with what you knew & you worked with what you had. Own your disappointment, acknowledge it for what it is and move on.

Do not turn around and walk out on life. Do not miss the party!

Play again, lighthearted with the right intention: lighten up. The more lightly you can pass that life, the brighter your existence becomes.

Closing a chapter

On February 17th a new moon eclipse with a charged square from Uranus queen planet of discord and upheaval is finishing its 7 year journey through the sign of Taurus. Taurus is one of Venus's signs, and the benefic planet itself is present on the North Node of Fate. This draws Venus directly into the Aquarius solar eclipse, foreshadowing permanent changes in the heart and soul.

This eclipse is the first to occur in Aquarius since July 2018, marking a transition toward major endings and beginnings. Radical changes do indeed accompany eclipse seasons. They offer an opportunity for liberation and profound transformation, accentuated by the energy of the Fire Horse. Karmic doors close, while a new path gradually opens. Patterns break. What you have tolerated, rationalized, or postponed can no longer continue. The solar eclipse invites us to press the "closing reset" button with new opportunities on the horizon.
